The lawsuit was filed on behalf of New Yorkers whose vehicle data has been captured by WCPD's system, including drivers, advocates, and public servants.
“I shouldn’t have to feel watched every time I get behind the wheel,” said Sarah Moore, one of the named plaintiffs. “No one should.”
