google maps' account of the boundary of Holborn is very strange. it bisects the british museum (so the aztec stuff is in holborn but the sutton hoo treasure isn't), takes in a segment of about 1/5 of russell square, cuts the imperial hotel in half
always astonished when promoters call us up, asking to book us as support on the rolling stones' 2027 europe tour. i always tell them "we're a bookshop not a band". but sometimes i wonder, what if we said yes, just for one date to see how it went
