We actually shouldn’t reorganise our entire society around protecting columnists’ feelings from being hurt online, it’s not actually enforceable without the most authoritarian systems/technologies of surveillance and censorship, you won’t actually enjoy the results.
I’m open minded on real names. We should definitely ban “cartoon avatar coupled with cutesy or “funny” name and behaves like an absolute tool” though.
