Cuz RadioRose are bffs, not a future canon ship. Only three ships have official sigils: Chaggie, Stolitz AND RadioApple. The fact that sigils are a thing for canon couples alone speaks for itself (apart from the massive pattern of hints they gave us overtime). RA is going to be canon soon.
