The United Kingdom could be 100% renewable *tomorrow* if we could get the new transmission lines and battery storage built. The NIMBYs and right-wing press machine keep on getting the projects delayed.

In short- worst case scenario of 4C warming by 2100 is no longer possible, new worst-case is 2.8C now
