Today, we celebrate the graduation of four Ghanaian Paediatric Oncology Nurse Fellows from the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives.
In this video, meet graduate Naa Martekie Tackie-Martey, who pursued the fellowship to help fellow nurses recognise childhood cancer earlier.
The graduates completed the fellowship through World Child Cancer with the generous support of UBS Optimus Foundation.
They will continue to mentor the next generation of paediatric oncology nurses helping strengthen care for children with cancer across Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa.
