I have listened to last night’s episode of The Archers as part of my journalistic duty.
Apparently there was a “brilliant atmosphere” in the stands at Edgbaston and if anyone saw a man in a kilt looking grumpy, that was Jazzer. I am now wondering if DWH’s 100 will be a “topical insert” next week!
The ICC World Cup scoreboard deserves its own feature piece, I think. It's telling me that England have faced 6.8 overs. I THINK we did away with 8-ball overs a few decades ago, but maybe I'm wrong...
