my conclusion from this is Becerra is arguing that sports league rules supersede the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment
The timestamp is 10:28. The video mislabels Becerra as Mahan, but that is Becerra talking. I am even more worried after watching the video. There just is no positive way to spin what Becerra is saying here.
