- realized throughout my marriage I developed an unhealthy form of escapism in social media
- became increasingly frustrated and overwhelmed with the content on this app and it was too in depth for my brain to handle re-centering it all
- took a long break. Came back & got pissed again
- applied for and interviewed for a promotion i find out next Tuesday if i got it
- life changing promotion. Bunch of money

- graduated to every 6 mo with my psych

Refreshed, re-prioritized, reborn
- took another long break
- touched so much grass it’s so green
- refocused my efforts on developing and maintaining relationships with my irl friends and family
- grew closer with the few online friends who would not permit me going full dark cause they lovies me so much
I missed the people, I didn’t necessarily miss the app lol. I’ll definitely be here more scarcely than I was before. I put too much of myself into being online before and that’s not what I want for myself.
