Today my dad and I took part in the London Legal Walk, which he helped establish in 2005. Over 10,000 walkers walked 10km to raise money for free legal advice for people living in poverty. He is 88 and I have Long Covid so we are both feeling a sense of achievement (and some aching limbs)!

Ok, three episodes in and I’m here to say that Season Two is much better than Season One.
Watching Season 2 of The Agency. I still don't think it's a good show but it contains a truly great performance in the shape of Michael Fassbender's CIA operative, Brandon Colby. The show is a 6 but his performance is a 9.

#NowPlaying and appreciating the adorably rubbish cover art.
1/8. I’ve been to few exhibitions that have felt as revelatory as the National Gallery’s Zurbarán I1598-1664) retrospective. Here are some things I particularly loved. You feel as if you can run your fingers through the fleece of the Agnus Dei and know how it will feel.
