Sitting in my usual cafe, recovering from last night’s show with a coffee. I don’t sleep well after a gig. Adrenaline, which is so useful in getting you on stage, has nowhere to go afterwards, so you lie in bed with it tugging at your attention. I probably should have just gone on to a club 🙄
Also am v much enjoying seeing Bob Mould popping up all the time enjoying a coffee, rating our snacks, extremely wholesome content
I love a walk in the morning while the cafes are still putting tables and chairs out. City waking up. All the early promise of the day.
