We find that competition can increase adaptation to warming when there is a shared evolutionary response to both biotic and abiotic drivers of selection:

🌱 Cover crops can increase above- and belowground invertebrates in fields, supporting their potential role in pest control and soil functioning.
Even a small increase in plant diversity was beneficial for ecosystem functioning.
