Today's #goodnews is a win for wildlife in Nigeria, a hub for international trafficking rings & if busts were made, they rarely resulted in any convictions.
The new law clarifies what constitutes a wildlife offense & which agencies are responsible for investigating and prosecuting these offenses.😊
Today's #goodnews comes from Kansas City where the police showed up after getting a complaint about the stand. To the kids surprise, the officer didn't issue a warning but encouraged them to keep going.
The officer then called on others to stop by the stand & invited the boys to a football camp. 🥰
Today's #goodnews is Bear-dar, a medium-range radar system alerting communities of approaching polar bears, with no negative impact on the bears.
This is important since our world is getting warmer, polar bears are forced to spend more time on land, where they risk encounters with people.❤️
