this is really good advice for skin tones but also for shadows in general, as you go down the value range, bump that saturation up. don't be afraid of purples or violets or other vibrant colors in your shadows, especially on dark skin

For no reason. I am BEGGING people to up the saturation on dark skinned characters. Please I beg. You don’t have to be scared of your characters getting too dark.
