I'm N and I write perpetually in the queer supernatural horror fantasy realm with my Heroes & Heritors series At the moment my focus is book two, a portal fantasy about a resurrected corpse/hopeful hero who goes on a quest to the fay realm to enter a dangerous magic & melee tournament to win a wish

They usually either come to me pretty easily or I struggle with them forever. It really depends on the project, but I prefer something that is either poetic or funny, with some word play
