"Real world" evidence is uncritically used to replace evidence from RCTs with inconvenient results. Experienced this in guideline panels. This paper seems to be a benchmark article to be used in such situations. Caveats with "real world", sorry, "routinely collected data" are explained in depth ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
