Wow, what a history. Do you think that the laws are correlated with how Arkansas ranks 49th nationally in educational attainment and is often listed among the "least educated states". I also found out the only about 22% of Arkansans 25 or older hold a bachelor's degree.(uca.edu/acre/citizen...)
