challenge the End Demand Model (otherwise known as the Nordic Model)
@pcsunion.bsky.social members understand that for s_x workers to be safe at work, s_x work needs to be decriminalised.
Under decriminalisation s_x workers can organise like all other workers, and exert our rights as workers.
Any criminalisation of s_x work prevents s_x workers from challenging bad bosses, poor conditions and exploitation, as the law stops us from accessing labour rights & protections.

In Belgium, where s_x work was decriminalised in 2022, labour rights were expanded to fit s_x workers. This included enshrining a workers' right to refusal, as well as access to sickness pay, maternity leave and unemployment benefits.
