I'm so tired of ppl making assumptions about others and then working off those assumptions as truth without even trying to confirm whether or not they could be wrong.
do you know how many ppl have done this exact thing to me?? yes you will inevitably harm someone who didn't deserve it if u do this.
the older I get the more I realize there's this application of hustle culture to values and morals and I think that's dangerous. we need time to gauge situations and people, there's no reason to rush these things, that just leads to misunderstandings. humans are nuanced and complex.
