Then I made the mistake of opening social media.
Thoughts on Food Intelligence:
• You're getting enough protein
• Consumer microbiome tests are largely garbage
• A calorie is an "absorbed" calorie
• "Slow metabolism" isn't really a thing
• UPFs aren't the real villain; it's the food environment
