Xenoblade Genesis and Mighty Cuphead Adventures were my highlight games of this year's not-E3 👏
I'm still a lot less invested in the gaming news landscape compared to how I used to be, but it's nice to have stuff to look forward to.
The industry has been in an exhaustive state for the last couple of years, but if nothing else I'm really happy pixel art games are still being made.

I don't know if it says more about me or the current job market, but the only interview I've gotten in the last several months was for a so called dream job. Those more boring, "safe" job openings are yielding next to no results.

Been seeing a lot of art getting weirdly smudged up by compression lately, in ways it wasn't before
My "based on nothing, but still realistic" Direct wish is Xenoblade 4. Seems like a game they could even drop later this year if they wanted to 🤔
They seem to like their reveal to release timelines relatively short these days.
