One of my favorite things to do is find a cool still life reference, start painting it with no plan, and quit as soon as I get bored. I think they look better half-finished, anyway!

Adding to this: PRIOR to you feeling any pain or discomfort, make sure you take breaks, stretch, maybe do some exercise, go for a walk, lift weights, etc. Set a timer/alarm if you need to!
