I shouldn't be happy at this news but Doctor Who hasn't been good since Capaldi and hasn't been great since Matt Smith
Love to see it go back to smaller scale stories like the Van Gogh episode, always thought Tom Ellis would make an interesting Doctor or possibly an even better Masterm.. 1/2
