I know that I have one excellent DW story that I’ve been brewing up in my mind for over forty years, but I might struggle to come up with half a dozen more that match its brilliance 🙂
Hmm… as a low-selling author myself, I suspect it might be very useful to the sales figures if someone pointed out that one of the subplots of GtO AND SOME COMPLICATIONS IN A CASTLE is a thinly veiled parody of the Orangutan-in-Chief himself 😂
Anyway, whilst that thing you love may not be around for a while, the community surrounding it remains.
Embrace that community, because you will need it now more than ever 🙂
…that said, formulating another GtO novella every ten months or so does seem to be working rather well for me in terms of scratching my writing itch, so I think I’ll stick with that 🙂

…and in some unlikely alternate reality, a kindly actor acquaintance will offer to perform a recording of the audiobooks for a deserving charity, and a high profile fan will place them in front of someone influential and say “take a look at these…” 😂😂😂
