As CAPE Dr. Helen Hsu explains in this bilingual video, Bill C-5 poses a threat to the health of people in Canada. Tomorrow there's an important hearing in the challenge against Bill C-5. The Court will hear intervention requests from 11 organizations from across Canada, including CAPE-ACME.
If we are granted leave to intervene, we will be able to present our arguments to inform the Court in the case brought by @cqde.bsky.social , which seeks to have the Act declared unconstitutional.
