-and the respect that the old show writers gave to the viewers intelligence. New trek doesn't even try to make you feel like you learned something or experienced some friction in your own morals, it just shows you stuff for stuffs sake, and it ends up being vapid and obnoxious!
I see this post about once every couple months, and it irks me, because while its true, and very true indeed, what they fail to realize is the QUALITY and EXECUTION of the lessons of modern trek are done so poorly that they come nowhere close to the tact and respectfulness of the old shows /1
