The most important question not being asked enough is how many other cases would fall apart if we scrutinized DOJ conduct for unethical practices that would get most attorneys disbarred?
I'd at the very least look at every grand jury indictment they've returned in the last two years.
You can't trust the career lifelong DOJ attorneys anymore than you can the politically appointed neophytes being trained (or not) and set loose by them.
