I recently updated to Tahoe and I've gone from almost never hearing the fans on my M1 Pro to hearing them all the time.
It seems to be AMPArtworkAgent taking up a big chunk of the CPU and quitting Apple Music stops it.

I hate saying nice things about @benfreiband.bsky.social but he knocked it out of the park (go sports!) with his food orders.
Back home now and I'm buzzing from this week.
In truth, I've been jaded with Apple for a while due to multiple reasons - iMore's toxic final year, the company's AI efforts, etc etc.
But this week at CommunityKit was incredible. It's also given me plenty of ideas for @dbspringboard.bsky.social.
Hell is airplane WiFi being just good enough to deliver an email stating that your layover could be severely delayed but just bad enough to prevent you from researching solutions/alternatives.
My heart is full leaving Cupertino. This week was for connecting with this amazing community.
@communitykit.social was bigger and better than ever and I had so many people tell me nice things about it.
Excited to spend my summer building.
