There's been a bit of problem in the Netherlands with groceries.
Because the Dutch are sale addicted, prices get hugely inflated. Then, they have buy 1 get 1 free sales. Which sounds like a good deal, but is actually so fake you're paying more than what the average price was to begin with.
Germany around the Dutch border has become so incredibly busy.
Groceries are cheaper, gas is cheaper. Every time I go down there now it's filled with Dutch people.
I used to go there before it was cool just cause the food and drink tastes better. Less sweet than what we have, it's all too sugary.
Apparently, there's a FF7 Rebirth ultimania book coming out. Sadly, it's 120 pages smaller than the Remake ultimania.
I usually pick them up but there are busy manga months ahead with too many new releases.
In Germany, they don't do that. Prices are what they're supposed to cost. It does go up and down but that's just supply and demand, energy, gas costs etc.
People hate that everything is so expensive here yet it doesn't change so the border German stores have had busy times with Dutch people now. 🇩🇪
I noticed in the manga of made in abyss, Riko keeps slapping people with her twintails a lot. In the anime she does it as well but it seems to hit much harder in the manga lol.
I always do it before bed time. Putting phone away and just having no screens really helps put me to sleep more.
Also, in the Netherlands people really encourage to read books still. Having a book week where you can usually get free books.
Studies always show how good reading is for your mental health. Definitely recommend it. Helps me a lot always.
It's so sad when a plushie falls out of bed. Every bed should have safety nets to protect them.
It's a little worrying they're skipping a lot of Japanese games.
They did it for Atelier as well, and a few others. In the future it's possible there will be more skipped on the English directs.
It really isn't good for these games, since it loses a ton of potential sales.
