She nods slowly as she pulls him a little closer to tuck her nose against his neck with a small smile. Happy to be held and comfortably curled up against him.
She giggles as he tells her she knows better. She does let go of his tail as she leans into the kiss.

"At best I am a creature of matching energy."
He snickered, wondering aloud; "Perhaps it vas alvays my 'real' mutant power."
He felt the same way. After all their time apart, after all the wild adventuring, near deaths, and then their own trial... He never treasured peace quite this much.

"We will figure it out, after more of this." She agrees with a smile. It's nice to have him so close. A little reminder that they're alright, they're both safe. She can hold him tightly and hold him close.

He closed his eyes, his senses filled with the touch, sound, taste and smell of her.
Imagining that on a nice Indonesian beach. Or in some fancy hotel room in the south of France.
"Ja... This sounds good. Let's see vhat's available... After more of this..."
