I saw apparently somebody is doing a new cross faction addon similar to Cross RP. I don't think this is the solution. Blizzard should enable cross faction communication instead of needlessly taking up addon comms, obfuscation messages that can be manipulated, and stop relying on addons as a crutch.

Just so some people know, Cross RP hasn't been updated for some time and is broken in this patch. It's been the main crutch RPers have used for cross faction RP. Just thought I'd also mention that. Not only can people not just simply talk cross faction, but RP has in general been suffering.

Once again bringing this up after a bit over 2 weeks later and this still isn't resolved. Neighborhood areas need cross faction communication enabled.

One additional thing - you can't for some reason talk cross faction in the neighborhood, even if you're in a charter/guild neighborhood and share a guild. This is frankly just weird behavior and should probably be changed to just let you cross faction speak (and addon comms) for all neighborhoods
