If you told 1994 me, with my 14.4 kbps modem, that in 2026 I would be constantly trying to turn off unwanted videos automatically streaming on my computer and paying nothing for data, I would not have believed you.
South Africa has enough wind and solar resources and land to generate at least three times as much power as its entire annual load. Ditching coal makes so much sense...but what about the jobs?
