Right... we (USA, population 330 m.) don't need (checks notes) softwood lumber for homebuilding. Which grows in the vast boreal forests of Canada (pop. 40 million).

The Yes to Wind campaign has done the largest mobilizations in support of #offshorewind that I know of - more than 100 people on two ocassions. We are showing that you can make a difference mobilizing for solutions to the #climatecrisis. /3/end
Last night after a 4 1/4 hour hearing, the #RhodeIsland Coastal Resources Management Council approved the SouthCoast Wind #offshorewind project’s permit for state waters.
@climateactionri.org’s #YestoWind campaign mobilized 13/14 people who testified in favor.
