This isn't an obvious conclusion, BTW.
Congestion pricing reduces traffic, enabling cars to move faster. All else being equal, faster cars are more likely to crash and cause injuries/death.
But w/congestion pricing, all else isn't equal. I.e., total traffic volumes may fall, reducing exposure.
