I am so very very tired. My work is so physically demanding and I want a better job but I’m too exhausted and depressed to find the headspace to apply for something better.
Feeling very trapped here bc if I don’t work, we don’t eat. Spiralling into a CPTSD breakdown.

I’m mildly disabled and my eldest is also struggling with school refusal. I work 6/7 days but am stuck in a poverty loop right now due to circumstances beyond my control.
