That dude has a D-P-S (dribble pass shoot) for sure.
That’s the high floor point for me. He’s gonna be a good basketball player at some point

I don’t really understand the concept that Wagler has a high floor? If he can’t get separation or around NBA level athleticism at all, he’s Giant Jason Preston. Scares me a lot more as a downside than a point guard minutes jam we have to sort out over a couple years.
