I was surprised at how many Red Winged Blackbirds there were in Chicago's Grant Park, and how unfazed by humans they are. They weren't afraid to come up to you and beg for food.
The ones here are very skittish and stick to the tops of trees.

Common Grackle that was hanging around Grant Park / Field Museum in Chicago. we have a lot of Boat Tailed Grackles but not so many of these in my local neighborhood
