Since Sadiq Khan became Mayor, the proportion of bike thieves caught has fallen from 3% to a truly pathetic 1%.
In the worst part of London, you only have a one in 200 chance of your bike crime being solved.

Great news today as we have secured funding for an extension of St Helier's A & E.
The project will cost nearly £60 million and will go a long way to ending corridor care.
