Double charged, and also overcharged at the airport counter
Now I stand accused of stealing a car that I returned more than a week ago.
Endless computer menus and no humans to talk to. Leaving messages for days, trying to get anyone to speak to me.
I’m fuming.
Two years later, the Sundar Burj quilt top is officially done.
This is the view from right under the ceiling, to a spot called the “Garden of Delights.”
It’s a truly, truly special place.
Stem education.
As in, just checking out things with stems.
It was entirely sewn by hand with self-drafted templates from recycled cardboard. The fabric is all Indian block prints and linen. The background is an old sari given to me by my mother in law

And the whole thing is based on the design of the ceiling of the Sundar Burj, in the Sundar Nursery in New Delhi. A forever favorite place in the world.
