Whether cynical or realistic, I am viewing expenditures and essentially all governments' activities with a far more critical eye.

5/ Embassies, diplomats, consulates, trade missions, military bases, wars and aid programs = RE-INVOICING. Nations run thousands of diplomatic posts, bases, programs. These cost hundreds of billions yearly. Secure embassies often exceed hundreds of millions to over a billion each.
