I ran my 100th training course recently 💐
17 courses, 2000+ people. It's been a privilege to meet and learn with so many wonderful people.
Instead of the clichéd "top 5 things I've learnt" post, I was wondering if anyone had any questions for me?
Serious and silly questions are equally welcome!
I'm offering a 20% discount for groups bookings of 3 or more tickets.
I have a few subsidised or free opportunity tickets available for folks who are Black, disabled, trans, First Nations, not university educated, or if you’re working in the climate space.
What are we all losing when we support and repeat this kind of narrative?

Earlier today, I saw a post about how important it is for people to be "easy to work with" and we need to talk about how deeply problematic and harmful this idea is.
Please, lets take a moment to think about it.
Who does this idea exclude?
What types of behaviours does it reward?
Service mapping is an important and useful tool in service design and a core skill for service designers.
@ignacia orellana are running a training course on Service mapping in September.
