this is quite literally a large part of why i don't post many pictures of myself online haha. i don't ever want to question whether people care about my work vs how pretty or cute or youthful etc i am. i don't want my face to influence how people approach my art, either positively or negatively

it's a little sad that only the preceding two panels are widely known online because this is the exact sentiment i use to justify why i can't plaster my face everywhere on my thumbnails or in my vids. creating an image of me would detract from my points, from the topic itself
