Why are they still chasing exercise as a treatment for long COVID? As someone who is in year SEVEN of long COVID, things like this make me feel more hopeless than ever. Give up the exercise thing! Figure out the biomarkers and drugs!!
This study in 2026 is highly representative of the harm done on #LongCovid by the constant clinical focus on only one manifestation of it (PEM).
