To be a little clearer, I for one believe if you're going to capitalize on public data, ie, crowdsourcing a product to sell later, you owe each person involved a wage check.

The original link is a copy paste of this article with a bunch of stuff clipped out for idk what reason. But the only link theyre spelling out to the military is that they sold the map data to a GSI contractor and thats one avenue where this terrain data can be pulled.
