I actually pitched a four-issue adaptation of Doyle's THE LOS AMIGOS FIASCO! a couple years ago. The general angle was an Iannucci-style political farce that devolves into the last act of AKIRA. Who knows? Maybe someday. Here's the cover concept that went with the pitch:

Because he hung with Bram Stoker, he did a couple of vampire stories!
