Staff have two choices.. 1 - take a severance package WHICH includes a letter prohibiting them from working as a Health inspector etc within the province of Alberta. 2 - Get laid off from AHS, take the transfer to GOA, Seniority is gone, high risk you need to move to new location & lower wage..
