Ok call me crazy, but I’m not so sure about this one…
Thanks to everyone who navigated the labyrinth that is UCD for our Distort 2: The Dead Among The Trees screening last night! A great time with great people, and look at the pick n mix and popcorn I prepared for everyone! Making horror adorable 🤣
watch it now on @watchfoundtv.bsky.social
Hell yeah! Thanks so much for coming along @padz1312.bsky.social and co! So happy you could see your big cameo in a cinema! The 2nd (and probably last) big screen outing of the film, but readily available for everyone on @watchfoundtv.bsky.social !!!
One final call for Irish/Dublin based folks; to celebrate its release, we are having a once-off screening of Distort 2: The Dead Among The Trees in the UCD cinema tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm and there are a few seats open if you want to join. Just lemme know if you wanna come along!
I showed a friend Midsommar one movie night. I am no longer allowed choose the films for movie night.
I kinda… love this?
I LOVE horror, which is pretty apparent, but I’ve also made a few non horror features, and lemme tell ya, they don’t get the same look in AT ALL. Without big names, they become disposable to a general audience & sit on VOD. The squeamish are thought of, they are just less actively passionate.
If you’re in Ireland, this will be the only chance to see Distort 2: The Dead Among The Trees on the big screen! Heck, aside from the @unnamedfootage.bsky.social premiere, this is probably the ONLY big screen outing the film will have! VERY limited space, but I’d love to share the experience!

the phrase "lipstick on a pig" has always inspired a deep sadness in me. I think of the pig, looking forward to her big night out, and I bring myself to the verge of tears.
