I sent mom a box of Lindt from Amazon (the actual seller). Given the hot temps by her, I counted on the promise it would be shipped with cold packs (emphasized in the product pic). It was not and the truffles arrived melted. So, I wrote a review blaming Jeff. Amazon refused to post it. Raw villainy.
