What a great conference! Thanks to the German, Dutch and Spanish dev bio societies for arranging such an inspiring and inclusive meeting. Happy to have met new colleagues and good old friends from my PhD times.
I am pleased to share a link to the latest paper from the Cook lab. www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6... The DYRK protein kinases, near neighbours to the MAPKs in the CMGC arm of the human kinome, control critical cell fate decisions and are deregulated in disease, much like the MAPKs and CDKs.
Post-doc job alert! We have an exciting opportunity for a post doc to join our team at the Babraham Institute, exploring ageing metabolism and epigenetics. babrahaminstitute.livevacancies.co.uk#/job/details...
Exciting new project in our lab @babrahaminst.bsky.social! We are working with @alesdantas.bsky.social at @newcastleuni.bsky.social to understand how extrachromosomal circular DNA mediates drug resistance in fungal pathogens Funded by @wellcometrust.bsky.social #ecDNA #eccDNA #Candida #Zymoseptoria
