So you want to do research on official press releases by a German regional court? Sry, you can't have them as PDFs because the EU is to weak to outlaw profiling for ads so they just put GDPR-warnings on every page that get in the way of content, *including* official court press releases.
The State of the Digital Society within the EU can really be seen when the Union still doesn‘t provide bijective identifiers for top level laws and statutes in 2026 — but has happy share buttons for all kinds of social networks including Netvibes and Viadejo which went bankrupt *10 years ago*.
This whole simulation of sociological activity revolves around the fact that contemporary models of society are unable to decouple quality of life from economic growth. The obsession with human "fertility rates" rests entirely on the unwillingness to forge new post-growth institutions.
